Services

We understand that horses all have very different needs, and we like to make sure each one is happy, healthy, safe, and comfortable.

Our full board service format includes: stall cleaned daily; full day, 40 acres of turn out into large pastures with mixed or separated herds, or private paddocks ranging from $25, $50, or $100 per month; feeding of Trotter grain twice daily, and up to a half of a bale of hay; looked over thoroughly when turned in, and at late night check.

Additionally, our experienced management lives right on the property. We also host 4H events and offer 2 shot clinics per year. Several vets and farriers are available locally. We offer many additional services to suit your horse's needs, many of which are listed below with their corresponding fees.

Service List

Box Stall Board: $525/month
Box stalls are approximately 12x12 feet and the horses are turned out from 7:30am-2:30pm.
Straight Stall Board: $310/month
Straight stall horses spend nights outside with a run-in shed. In inclement weather, horses are turned in early or kept in over night.
Paddock Fee: $25/month $2/day
Large Paddock Fee: $50/month
Bale of Hay: $8/bale
Shavings for Stalls/Trailers: $4/water-level wheelbarrow load
Truck-In Trail Ride: $20/day
Retrieving Horse For Vet/Farrier: $3/per occurrence
Holding Horse For Vet/Farrier: $5-20/per occurrence
Horse Walking: $20/hour
Blankets (1-2 times a day): $30/month $3/per occurrence
Halter/Fly Masks (2 times a day): $30/month $2/per occurrence
Beet Pulp (fed soaked, you provide): $35/month
3rd Feeding Hay/Grain: Price Varies
Fly Spray (you provide): $15/month
Syringe Medications/Wormers (you provide): $3/per occurrence
Stall Mat Installation (you provide mats): $60/per occurrence
